언덕 위의 집 Home on the Range

 

 

악곡 해설

이 곡은 원작자는 알 수 없으나 미국 목동의 노래로 텍사스주의 목동들이 언덕 위의 행복한 갈망하면서 부른 소박하고 목가적인 정서의 노래이다. 1980년 개봉된 영화 ‘들소가 노니는 곳(Where the Buffalo Roam)’의 주제곡으로 쓰였으며, 현재는 캔자스주의 주의 노래로 채택되었다. 카우보이의 성가로 유명하다.
